Transitional Warranty Policy

ENVE Transitional Warranty Policy

Applicable Regions:

Mainland China , Hong Kong SAR of China , Macao SAR of China

Effective Date:

March 1, 2026

ENVE’s globally standardized warranty terms took effect on January 1, 2026. This document constitutes localized implementation rules formulated by ENVE’s exclusive general distributor for Mainland China and applies solely to officially distributed products sold in Mainland China, Hong Kong SAR of China, and Macao SAR of China. These localized rules shall take effect on March 1, 2026.

ENVE products are warranted to conform to ENVE’s material and workmanship specifications. For products eligible for coverage under the ENVE Limited Lifetime Warranty, ENVE will, at its discretion, repair or replace the product during the applicable warranty period, calculated from the date of purchase.

This Limited Lifetime Warranty applies to all ENVE-branded products purchased on or after the effective date stated above.

Warranty claims submitted outside the original country of purchase may be subject to additional charges, including taxes, fees, shipping costs, and transportation expenses.

This warranty applies only to ENVE-branded products purchased from an authorized ENVE retailer.

Warranties for non-ENVE-branded products or components are provided by their respective manufacturers.

For ENVE products purchased before the effective date stated above, please contact ENVE Customer Support for applicable warranty information.

Definitions:

Proof of Purchase (POP): A receipt issued by an authorized ENVE retailer showing the customer’s name and date of purchase.

Lifetime: The period during which the original owner retains ownership of the product, rather than the physical service life of the product.

Warranty Coverage: ENVE warrants the following products against defects in materials and workmanship for the warranty periods specified below.

Lifetime Warranty:

The original owner, with valid proof-of-purchase documentation issued by an authorized ENVE dealer

  • Frames
  • Wheelsets
  • Components

Components include: Handlebars, stems, seatposts, forks, hubs, and bottle cages (Unless otherwise stated, this list shall be regarded as a complete list of covered components.)

Two-Year Warranty:

  • Paint finish

One-Year Warranty:

  • Apparel
  • Hub internals
  • Bearings

Subsequent Owners (Second Owner or Later)

Subsequent owners are entitled to five years of coverage equivalent to the Lifetime Warranty coverage described above. The warranty period begins on the product’s date of manufacture, as determined by the product serial number. This includes:

  • Demo or display bicycles provided by authorized retailers
  • Samples and display bicycles used by ENVE sales representatives
  • Pre-owned products sold by official ENVE athletes
  • Pre-owned products purchased through online marketplaces
  • Owners without proof of purchase

The ENVE Limited Lifetime Warranty applies only to the products listed above and does not apply to products not listed.

This Limited Warranty Does Not Cover:

  • Improper installation or inadequate maintenance
  • Damage caused by misuse, abuse, negligence, or accidents
  • Paint issues caused by custom painting, improper care, chemicals, crashes, scratches, or normal wear and tear
  • Unauthorized repairs or modifications
  • Normal wear items, including tires, inner tubes, bar tape, grips, decals, spokes, freehub bodies, spoke nipples, brake pads, and similar items
  • Apparel produced in collaboration with other brands
  • Counterfeit products
  • Non-ENVE components (please refer to the applicable manufacturer’s warranty terms)

Labor Costs Required for Warranty Service

Except in special circumstances determined at ENVE’s sole discretion, labor costs are not covered under the warranty or crash replacement program.

  • Warranty coverage: Parts only
  • Accidental damage: Parts only
  • Labor costs shall be borne by the customer or dealer.

Discontinued Products

Discontinued products are generally eligible for warranty replacement services for up to two years after discontinuation.

During this period, eligible claims will be fulfilled using the original product, if available, or an equivalent replacement if the original product is out of stock.

Warranty coverage is limited to the damaged ENVE product itself. Labor costs, additional component costs, and shipping costs are not included.

Submitting a Warranty Claim Warranty claims must be submitted through an authorized ENVE dealer or by one of the following methods:

Requirements:

  • Valid proof of purchase
  • Handwritten receipts will not be accepted

ENVE reserves the right to refuse warranty service to any person who abuses its products or warranty policies. ENVE shall have sole discretion in making such determinations.

If ENVE determines that your product is eligible, ENVE may:

  • Repair the product
  • Replace the product with the same model
  • If the original product is unavailable, replace it with an equivalent product or offer an upgrade option.

Unless otherwise required by law, the customer shall be responsible for all applicable taxes, fees, shipping costs, and transportation expenses.

The risk of product loss or accidental damage shall remain with the customer until ENVE receives the product.

These remedies constitute the sole and exclusive remedies available under this Limited Warranty.

Dispute Resolution and Governing Law

Any dispute arising out of or relating to these warranty terms shall first be resolved through friendly consultation. If such consultation fails, you shall have the right to bring legal proceedings before the People’s Court of Chaoyang District, Beijing Municipality, which has jurisdiction over the registered office of RE Chuxing Technology (Beijing) Co., Ltd.

For ENVE products sold in Mainland China, the relevant dispute shall be governed by the laws of Mainland China of the People’s Republic of China. For products sold in Hong Kong SAR, China, the local laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region shall apply. For products sold in Macao SAR, China, the local laws of the Macao Special Administrative Region shall apply. The statutory consumer rights enjoyed by consumers in each jurisdiction shall not be restricted by these terms.

Disclaimers and Limitations of Liability

Unless otherwise required by law, ENVE shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising under these warranty terms or arising out of or relating to ENVE products, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or business interruption. ENVE’s aggregate liability under these warranty terms for any batch of products or any event shall be limited to the purchase price of the relevant product.

For any and all losses arising from any cause whatsoever, including but not limited to ENVE’s negligence or product defects, ENVE shall have the right, at its sole discretion, to select the most appropriate one of the following remedies, provided that such remedy is implemented without violating mandatory local consumer-protection laws and regulations: (1) repair the product; (2) replace the product with the same model or a comparable product; or (3) refund the purchase price of the product.

Nothing in the disclaimers or limitations of liability contained in these warranty terms shall affect your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights and Interests Protection Law of the People’s Republic of China, the Product Quality Law of the People’s Republic of China, or other applicable laws and regulations. If these warranty terms conflict with any applicable laws or regulations, the applicable laws and regulations shall prevail.

The foregoing exclusions of liability for indirect losses and limitations on compensation liability apply only within the scope of the voluntary commercial value-added warranty

services provided by the manufacturer. They shall not exempt ENVE from its legal obligation to provide full compensation for personal injury or property damage caused by product defects, willful misconduct, or gross negligence, nor shall they restrict consumers’ rights to seek statutory remedies or compensation under the Consumer Rights and Interests Protection Law of the People’s Republic of China or the Product Quality Law of the People’s Republic of China.

The Chinese version of these warranty terms shall constitute the official version. If an English-language version or any other language version exists, the Chinese version shall prevail in Mainland China, Hong Kong SAR, China, and Macao SAR, China. The English-language terms published on ENVE’s global website constitute the generally applicable global standards. If there is any conflict between the two versions, the Chinese version and the applicable local laws and regulations shall prevail with respect to statutory consumer rights and region-specific after-sales policies.

General Provisions

No ENVE employee or agent is authorized to modify these warranty terms. If any provision of these warranty terms is determined to be unenforceable, that provision shall be severed from these warranty terms, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect. These warranty terms shall apply to the maximum extent permitted by law.
