Request a return within 7 calendar days of delivery. Custom or personalized items may be excluded as noted on the product page.

Conditions

Returned items must:

• Be unused with original packaging, tags, and accessories
• Remain resale-ready
• Include your order number and return reason

We may refuse returns or charge a fee if condition requirements are not met.

Process and refunds

Return shipping for change-of-mind returns is paid by the customer. We cover shipping for quality issues or incorrect shipments.
